Manchego Terms and Conditions
All quotes are valid for 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
Bookings are secured following the payment of a deposit. This deposit is non refundable unless we receive a new booking for the same date in which case it will be returned. The client is liable for any transfer charges that this may incur.
Upon confirmation, you are entered into a binding contract. Any cancellations by the client after this point will be met with the following fees.
Over one calendar month = 25%
3 weeks to one month before = 40%
2-3 weeks before = 50%
1-2 weeks before = 60%
up to one week before = 80%
All cancellations must be made in writing to a member of the Manchego team and confirmed.
Any amendments to the number of guests, menu, tableware and other requirements should be made 14 days before the event. Tableware changes are subject to our suppliers availability and as such, cannot be guaranteed
Any dietary requirements and allergies to be advised a minimum of 21 days in advance of the event. We are not able to make separate food for guests on the day.
We always bring a large quantity of drinks with us and it is extremely unlikely we run out of anything however if there is a certain drink that is likely to be unusually popular on the day then please advise in advance.
Any damages to the property of Manchego & Escapade Bars by the client or their guests will be charged for.
